3.3 Excluded Persons. 4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). toto313 is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of its members before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of first deposit will result in restriction of withdrawal functionality.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting toto313 customer support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.
5.1 All deposits and transactions on the toto313 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). toto313 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies without prior arrangement.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Accepted Payment Methods. toto313 accepts deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Online, and Public Bank Biz. The available methods may change without prior notice.
5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallet and FPX are credited to your Wallet in real time. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within this period, contact support with your transaction reference.
5.5 toto313 reserves the right to reject deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
6.2 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified Accounts. Completion of identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be approved.
6.3 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for amounts below RM10,000 to verified accounts. Larger amounts or requests flagged for review may take up to 48 hours. Processing times are estimates and not contractually guaranteed.
6.4 Same-Method Policy. Where technically feasible, toto313 will return withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.

7.2 Wagering Requirement. The standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from bonus credit.
7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10% of each wager. 7.5 Maximum Bonus Win. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings is RM5,000 per promotion unless the promotion specifies a higher cap. Any excess amounts will be removed from the Wallet prior to withdrawal processing.
7.6 toto313 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
8.1 All games on the toto313 Platform are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface. In cases of discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules take precedence for game-specific matters.
8.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error that affects game outcomes, toto313 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return all wagers to the members involved. toto313 is not liable for losses arising from documented system malfunctions.
8.3 Bet Acceptance. toto313 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including wagers placed following a system error, at incorrect odds, or on events that have already concluded.
8.4 Live dealer game decisions are final once the round has concluded. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours with the round reference number.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toto313 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

12.2 Self-Exclusion. 14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Members may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body. toto313 cooperates fully with regulatory dispute resolution procedures.
14.4 Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction unless applicable mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
